 Our client is an up and coming company created by successful senior claims consultants who started the business several years ago.In a very short space of time they have taken on several claims consultants and are keen to add to this and make the most of a very healthy portfolio of work and a structured business plan.Based in central London, our client has a number of agreements with main contractors and blue chip clients and thus a strong foundation for repeat business. The projects range from Commercial Developments to Heavy Civils work.Due to this continued growth, they currently have a role for a Claims Consultant/Senior Claims Consultant with a commercial bias to join their Central London team. The role will involve working closely with existing clients and providing quantum assessments and similar forensic anaylsis for construction disputes, whilst continuing to help build the business and develop new customer bases.This would suit claims consultants who are looking to have an input to growing with the business and a realistic influence over it's future.Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:- Commercial background.- Significant experience of forensic investigation and quantum assessment for construction disputes firms.- Quantity Surveying degree and RICS qualified.- Personable, enthusiastic and ambitious individual.- Good communication skills and capable of building strong client relationships.- A MSc in Construction Law and Abritration would be a distinct advantage.- Eligible to work in the UK.In return, our client will offer a basic salary of up to circa £80,000 per annum (negotiable for the right person) plus an excellent benefits package.Apply now for further details and immediate consideration.Services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment business and/or agency.
