 As a leading national main contractor, our client is able to offer a one-stop solution for fit out and refurbishment for a range of projects from office and reception re-design to country-wide remodelling programmes for multiple retail, financial services, public sector, leisure and commercial clients. Due to continued and sustainable growth, a vacancy has become available for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to be based from the Bristol office. ALL applicants must have the following to be considered; * Experience working for main contractors (not PQS or client side) * A steady permanent PAYE employment history * Experience as Quantity Surveyor * Some experience Estimating and pricing packages and contracts* Significant experience of commercially managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects* Already reside within a commutable distance to BristolThe successful candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor, able to price contracts and see the project through commercially.
