 Design Manager -Affordable Housing - NorfolkOur client is a Social Housing Contractor who is looking for a Design Manager to work on a variety of New Build and Refurbishment schemes on both Social and Private Housing projects.The Ideal candidate will receive:-Up to £45,000-Company Car / Allowance-Healthcare-PensionTo be considered for this position you MUST:-Have a Design & Build Background in a Building Contractor Environment.-Have previous experience ideally in Affordable Housing or the General Build sector.-Experience working on projects between £500,000 - £10M.-Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge.-Ability to gather and relay information from sub-contractors.-Achieved a relevant degree or equivalent.-Additional knowledge of foundation design would be of advantage.
