 Suitable candidates will have:- At least five years of client side CDM Co-ordinator services experience ideally within construction- Working knowledge of current CDM legislation and regulations- Strong experience in preparing CDM bid documentation and fee proposals- Ideally APS membership with full CDM-C membership and NEBOSH construction certification- Good communication skills, with experience with management and team work.- Eligible to work in the UK.
