Client relationships have proved to be very strong with over 60% of work procured on a negotiated basis We currently have a requirement for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to work on a large PFI/ Design and Build Project's In Central London. Schools and hospitals mainly.This is an excellent opportunity to get established within a large international main contractor gaining large project experience.As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of mechanical and electrical services for the contract / contracts in conjunction with the Contract/Project Engineers. Activities will include setting contract documentation, preparing post contract enquiries, financial and contractual control of Sub-Contractors accounts, preparing and agreeing schedules, assessment of contract variations and liaising with the client, main contractors, and other departments. In addition, the jobholder will issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims.
