Due to planned growth and recent project wins they require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on decent homes projects and some refurbishment projects. Salary:Circa £33,000 per annum + benefits Location:Berkshire Position:Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Sector:Decent homes & refurbishment projects Details:Our client is a growing contractor that services the decent homes market, they need an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor that can work with limited supervision and support their current team. Requirements:-Decent homes experience is essential -Main Contractor / Sub Contractor background -Degree, HND or HNC level educated -Residing locally to Berkshire -Excellent communication skills Summary:This is an ideal opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a company that is focused on growing in a difficult market. Due to excellent client relationships they have a good record of repeat business and through strategic business development they are looking to recruit an Intermediate level QS.
