They are currently looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor with a proven background within the Water/Utilities sector.Managing Quantity Surveyor Location: South West London / Middlesex Remuneration:Circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experienceCompany benefits to include, car / allowance, pension, bonus schemeThe company:My client is a well known main contractor, who has built up a reputation within the Water and Utilities sector. Their specialist Water division concentrates on design, procurement and construction services. The company was founded nearly 100 years ago - and has grown with offices located in various nations, covering six different continents. Experience required:-Must be HNC/HND or Degree level educated -Experience with a civil engineering contractor within the water and wastewater industry - essential -Proven experience managing more junior Quantity Surveyors - essential -Experience setting up reporting systems and site procedures - essential -Extensive knowledge of NEC/IChemE for of contract - essential -MCIOB / MRCIS membership - advantageous -Experience of M&E within water industry - advantageous Summary: This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading contractor servicing the water industry.
