Description:	Senior Estimator An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a leading contractor within the Building Services Industry. Based from their office in Cambridge you will be responsible for the preparation, submission and management of allocated tenders with further duties to include:Accurately quantify materials, plant and labour requirements for allocated projectsAttend and contribute at tender stage strategy/design innovation meetingsAdvise the Director of potential areas of savings and value engineering solutionsSupervision of trainees on the estimating systems and procedures To apply for the position you will have previous experience within a similar role and have an HNC/HND or other recognized qualification in Building Services, the ability to read, interpret and understand specifications and drawings and have experience of a wide range of Mechanical or Electrical Building Services installations and systems.In return an attractive salary and benefits will be offered.
