 A leading multinational consultancy currently has an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager in Central London.The role would be to work within the construction management division, on a combination of heritage and luxury/high spec residential refurbishment and renovation projects across London. Predominantly site based, the successful candidate will be working on pre and post contract aspects of projects worth up to £25m each.Ideally our client is seeking the following experience:- At least 8-10 years "hands on" main contractor construction experience (in a QS capacity).- A relevant quantity surveying degree.- MRICS qualified.- Good communication skills.- Eligible to work in the UK.In return, our client are offering a basic salary of up to £50-55,000 per annum plus travel/allowance, pension, health and various other flexi benefits.Apply now for further details.Services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment business and/or agency.
