 Managing Quantity Surveyor - Essex A Managing Quantity Surveyor is required for a number of Joinery Fit-out and Refurbishment projects based in the, Essex area.Remuneration: - Circa £55,000 per annum depending on experience - Private Health care - Pension contribution Scheme The Client:My client is a medium sized contractor based in Essex with a turnover of circa £50m.They have a diverse portfolio of projects including leisure, residential, retail, hotels, fit out and industrial. Generally, project values range from £500k - £10m.The Role:Due to recent project wins and internal promotions my client now requires an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor.Requirements:- A minimum of 6-8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK- Joinery Fit-out & Refurbishment experience- Ideally you will have experience of working on projects in excess of £2m- Experience managing a team of Quantity SurveyorsThis is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working on large construction projects within a supportive environment.Please call Stephan Dagher at Project Resource to discuss this role and other Quantity Surveying/Estimating positions.
