 Our client is one of the UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical contractors operating in most sectors of the construction industry the company provides design, installation and maintenance services. With the company always looking to expand they are now seeking to employ a Permanent FM Manager for their Essex based office. Heading the FM department you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy FM division dealing with all technical and Estimating functions and running the FM team. The ideal candidate will be both mechanically and electrically qualified and have a proven track record of FM Management. In return an excellent salary will be offered.
