They design their control panels exactly to customer requirements, guaranteeing the highest quality control systems that precisely meet their needs.Their control panels and automation services include:*Control panel design, build, install and commission*PLC & HMI programming*Design and installation of SCADA systems*As part of continued expansion they are actively recruiting for a Control Systems Design Engineer.Main Duties:*To provide technical input to the system design/layout as required including site visits within Ireland and the UK.*To produce the required documentation to allow the control system element of each project to be manufactured, including the production of CAD generated wiring diagrams for control panels.*To produce any PLC program that may be required for automated operation of any system and to liaise with outside software providers as may be required.*To identify potential sources of technical problems in operation and develop and implement effective solutions.*To commission and test equipment on site in line with quality and safety standards.*To prepare/commission equipment off site as may be required.*To provide job data file to allow on site personnel to install equipment with the minimum of intervention.
