Description:	Site Manager required for London Residential DevelopmentSite Manager required to co-ordinate the internal fit out of 150 private 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.This position will start on a freelance / contract basis and will run till at least Christmas this year, with the potential of follow on projects throughout London and a permanent position.The successful candidate will have prior experience of managing the fit out process of high spec apartments to a similar scale (150 units) and will be reporting in to a Project Manager.Having worked in a similar environment, applicants will know exactly what is needed to drive the internals process on this size development and have the ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines whilst ensuring quality at all times.If you feel you have what it takes to perform well in this Site Manager position, please apply by sending an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
