 Health & Safety ManagerTo be based Banbury / OxfordshireSalary is £35k - £40k An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Automotive Manufacturing companies. Your main task will be to change the culture of the Health & Safety on site. You will have all the support and backup from the Senior Management team. You will also be responsible for maintaining all the HSE policies and procedures on site.You will also oversee the following:*Checking up on compliance*Undertaking accidents and investigations*Provide HSE training and inductions *AuditingYou MUST come from the Heavy Manufacturing Industry as a Health & Safety professional and hold the minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety. You will have experience of Behavioul Safety Change. It will also be beneficial to have experience on fork lift truck safety as this is one of the main risks on site.In return the company will provide you with all the backup and support you require to undertake the position.
