 Electrical & Instrument (Maintenance) TechnicianLocation: East MidlandsSalary is depending upon experience A large global chemical processing company now requires an I&E Technician to join their team.Primary Function:We have a vacancy for an Electrical and Instrument craftsperson. The successful candidate will work as part of a self managed Production team, and will be required to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard. They will provide an efficient First Line Maintenance service that meets our own and customer expectations of a safely produced and high quality product. Responsibilities:*High level of safety awareness *Team player, willingness to be flexible across disciplines and give assistance to others *Good computer literacy, knowledge of SAP and communication skills *Ability to complete work with minimum supervision *Ability to perform work in line with GMP and site standards *A proactive approach for practical improvements that maximise equipment efficiency, working practices and safety standards *Willingness to learn new skills and adapt with changes in working practices.Skills & Experience:You must come from a Chemical Processing background as an E&I Technician. You will hold a relevant qualification or apprenticeship.
