 One of our leading clients is urgently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to be based in Canary Wharf, working on a portfolio of sites across central LondonThis vacancy is for an Engineering Manager with some facilities and contract management experience and will involve overseeing multiple sites in central London. You will be expected to manage a team of engineers and admin staff, and to work alongside the Operations and Finance teams to prepare budget and forecast documentation.Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you and your team will assume full responsibility for the client's sites from a building services and maintenance perspective. You will also be expected to liaise with clients and to be able to produce technical specifications from these meetings.Ideally candidates will have:- Previous engineering management experience.- Experience working on multiple sites.- Technical knowledge of FM services such as engineering routines, standards and systems - including critical systems engineering.- Experience in operating with CMMS's such as Maximo etc.- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation (IOSH/NEEBOSH preferred)In return our client is offering up to £42,000 per annum plus healthcare and pension.Apply now for more details.The services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment business and/ or agency.
