 A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a leading contractor within the Building Services Industry. Based from their office in Central London your main duties will be to lead a team of mechanical and Electrical Engineers and all relevant Sub Contractors, managing contracts in West London from first principles of pricing, through the mobilisation stage, to the full satisfactory operational control.To apply for the position you will have a proven track record of customer services oriented facilities management (FM) and engineering management experience and be fully familiar with overseeing a number of sites simultaneously. You must also have demonstrated experience in leading and managing business services teams, including the management of work allocation processes, performance management, staff development, career planning and operating a CMMS system.In return an excellent Salary and benefits will be offered.
