 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a permanent Commercial Manager to join a leading contractor within the Building Services Industry. Based in their Hampshire office your main duties will be to manage and minimise all aspects of risk across the business and provide advice and support in contractual, business and legal matters to avert commercial risk. As role model in risk mitigation you will lead the organisation in risk reduction activities. "Instigate and/or manage all legal proceedings working closely with external legal advisors where necessary and monitoring them to a conclusion."Provide commercial input to business proposals."Oversee life cycle models on all PFI & PFI related contracts, ensuring that the escalation clauses and interest charges are applied annually on all accounts and that all variations are included."Develop and track monthly benchmarking data & KPI's for high level risk "Develop and deploy commercial risk assessment solutions, tools, processes and procedures.To apply for the position you must have had experience in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of the Building Services Industry and be RICS Qualified.In return an excellent Salary and benefits will be offered.
