A position for an Electrical Contracts Manager has arisen for a leading contractor specialising in the Building Services industry. Main responsibility will be to effectively manage contract activities on a number of projects within East Anglia managing and coordinating the activities of the Project Team. "To ensure effective planning, organising, procuring and deployment of all labour and materials takes place to meet agreed project plans whilst ensuring financial targets are met. "To ensure all M & E Installations comply with appropriate Design, Quality and Installation standards within budgeted costs and other financial constraints."To ensure all operational activities of the project comply with the Commercial, Contractual, QA and legal requirements."Develop and maintain a positive and pro-active relationship with clients and other departments and attend meetings both on and off site as necessary to ensure effective working relationships."Manage a system of cost and work control in association with other departments i.e. QS, including labour, materials and overhead expenses on all projects controlled.To apply for the position you must have proven experience in the M&E industry with experience in running contracts with values ranging from £2 Million - £9 Million and ideally be qualified ONC/HNC ina related discipline.
