 Site Manager required for East London Residential DevelopmentSite Manager required to assist on the Externals Package of a large residential development in East London. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager the successful candidate will help lead the construction team on all day to day activities on the phase and ensure the timely completion of the facade and other elements of the externals package. Also liaising with other phases to coordinate activities across the complete scheme and taking responsibility for managing sub contractor quality and ensuring the final quality.On completion of the externals the successful candidate will be redeployed on another phase of this large development.If you have managed a similar development in the past and feel that you have the relevant experience and skills to complete this development on time and to the correct quality standards, please apply by sending in an up to date CV highlighting your relevant experience.
