 Our client is a leading main contractor operating across multiple construction sectors. Due to continued growth, a vacancy has become available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work within the Affordable Housing division. Based at both the Bristol and Exeter offices, ideally you will reside within a commutable distance of both (Somerset area). The successful candidate will have experience as Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor, and a steady permanent work history. Ideally, you will have had some experience working on affordable housing projects for main contractors, and have worked with Housing Associations. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a negotiable, competitive salary and be working with one of the leading contractors within the South West.
