 Quantity Surveyor - Planned MaintenanceA Quantity Surveyor is required by our client, a national maintenance contractor who complete refurbishment contracts across a number of sectors including local authorities, retail & leisure.The ideal Quantity Surveyor can expect;Up to £30,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)Company CarPensionHealth careExcellent HolidaysLocation: Staffordshire, Infrequent travel across the UKThe company are currently heading a large £30m framework refurbishing properties for a leading leisure chain across the UK. They require a QS to be an integral part of a small team to work on surveys from a bespoke schedule of rates to complete cost plans and valuations through to final accounts.Requirements: Ideal candidate will have experience within the planned maintenance sector within either leisure, retail or local authorities. To apply you need to be local to Staffordshire. Subcontract procurement will be required in this role.A good working knowledge of the social housing sector (ideally decent home) would also be beneficial and also a good working knowledge of various contracts i.e. JCT minor works.
