 Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Housing - West MidlandsAn Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to join their dynamic commercial department to work on several new developments across the West Midlands.The role Due to recent land acquisitions and increase in housing demand our client, a market leading house builder, requires an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their already established team.Typically you will be running developments over 100 units worth between £500,000 and £100million reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.This is ideal for any candidates seeking a progressive role as our client is looking for the right person to be promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor within a few years.Requirements-A degree or formal qualification would be advantageous-A pure housing developer background is necessary-A dynamic personality and the ability to work in a highly demanding environment-Strong IT skillsRemuneration-Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience -Company car or car allowance scheme -Pension -HealthcareRef.
