 Commercial Surveyor - Painting & Decorating - Urgent new positionInterviews available next week!An experience Quantity Surveyor is required by our client, a national maintenance and painting & decorating contractor who work across a number of sectors with local authority and commercial clients.The ideal Quantity Surveyor can expect;£30,000-40,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)Car allowancePensionHealth careLocation: Office in Birmingham, sites/clients across the West MidlandsAs an experience member of the team you will be required to manage your own maintenance contracts/clients within the company's speciality - Painting & Decorating. You need to cover all contractual duties from project inception to completion.Requirements: Ideal candidate will have experience in the painting/pre paint repair sector with a degree of experience with both interior & exterior works for Housing Associations & county councils.A good working knowledge of the social housing sector would be beneficial and also a good working knowledge of various contracts i.e. JCT minor works.
