 Mechanical HVAC Foreman / Site Manager - Ref: 7643Covering the £2million M&E installation works. Site based in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for managing labour trades, sub contractors, Day to day management etc, ordering of materials and delivering phases of projects within time constraints, within a 'hands on role'. You will have progressed from contracting HVAC trades, be experienced in managing teams and have managed projects previously. Usual HVAC site tickets apply.You must live locally as no lodgings or travel will be paid.A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is essential. All other applications will not be considered. Initial 3 month contract - Rolling. Hourly rate will be from £14 - £16.00 per hour. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
