Rytons Associates are currently looking for a Project Manager for a
fantastic scheme in Essex, which consists of residential units, both
private and social housing.
As project Manager you will have day to day responsibility of the
construction side of the build and reporting to the Contracts Manager.
The successful Project Manager will need to have a strong residential
background and have been No1 on their projects.
Levels which may suit this position will be: Project Manager,
Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, Build Manager, - And this can
be working directly for a residential developer
or a contractor, but as mentioned a strong residential background is a
must.
